Join a fast-paced solar EPC delivery team building utility-scale, grid-connected solar PV plants. You will lead field electrical activities—installation oversight, testing, commissioning and client handover—ensuring compliance with design, safety and local grid code requirements.

• Lead on-site electrical installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning for BOS and PV systems (MV/LV systems, switchyards, transformers, inverters).
• Plan, execute and witness FAT/SAT and commissioning tests for transformers, protection relays, switchgear and inverters; author and sign off test reports and punch lists.
• Configure and commission SCADA/RTU telemetry, CT/PT mapping and ensure reliable data flows to central monitoring systems.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, enforce quality control, resolve site electrical interface issues with civil/mechanical teams and client representatives.
• Implement electrical safety, permit-to-work and isolation procedures; ensure compliance with Indian grid codes and site HSE requirements.
• Prepare technical progress reports, as-built documentation, O&M handover packages and support client acceptance activities.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven field experience in EPC or utility-scale solar electrical site engineering with commissioning and testing responsibilities.
