Requirements:

• Site Director Authorization;

• Other certifications in the field of construction constitute an advantage (RTE, Technical Expert, Energy Auditor, Project Verifier, etc.);

• Knowledge of MS Office package and other specific programs;

• Professional skills: technical knowledge gained in the specialization field, specific legislation.

Description:

• Respect responsibilities according to Ordinance no. 1496 for approving the Procedure for authorizing site directors.

• Verify execution of works in accordance with current legislation, qualitatively and quantitatively.

• Check, measure, and authorize stages of work within projects where you were nominated as site director

• Prepare periodic reports on the status of project works where you were nominated as site director.

• Manage relationships with third parties in the interest of the company within projects where you were nominated as site director.
