Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at Shashi Prabhu & Associates in Mumbai with the following responsibilities: * Design and develop site civil engineering projects including roads, highways, bridges, and other infrastructure. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry. * Strong understanding of site civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
