Site Agent/Construction Manager
Job description
Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent/Construction Manager to join their team in De Aar and in Bethel. As a Site Agent/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly. Contract based: 8-12months Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is progressing according to plan Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and issues. Contract based: 8-12months
