Site Agent

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent to join their team in Sasolburg. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as manage project documentation Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to the project Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and in good condition Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
