Site Agent - Civil Engineering Industry

Hire Resolve's client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent able to work in various locations nationwide. Responsibilities Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract Liaise with clients, site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes Control costs and cash flow management Set and maintain records of all site activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures Monitor and report on site progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with the agreed programme and budget. Requirements Site Agent qualification or equivalent experience Strong understanding of construction methods and processes Ability to work effectively at a senior level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience working on large-scale construction projects desirable.
