Our proposal

For one of our important clients, we are looking for a Junior Microsoft System Administrator with a strong focus on security topics and approximately 2 years of experience. The resource will collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams and will support the management, monitoring, and security of IT infrastructures in structured enterprise contexts.

Main responsibilities

• Management and administration of Windows Server and Active Directory systems
• Monitoring and maintenance of Microsoft and VMware infrastructures
• Support for second-level troubleshooting and incident resolution activities
• Application of security and compliance best practices
• Management of technical documentation and operating procedures
• Collaboration with infrastructure and security teams for remediation activities

Key requirements

• Experience of at least 2 years as a Microsoft System Administrator
• Security skills on Microsoft solutions, in particular:
• Microsoft Defender Antivirus
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Microsoft 365 Defender
• Experience in managing and monitoring Check Point Proxies (monitoring, management, and policy updates)
• Experience in managing VMware vSphere virtualized environments
• Knowledge of main system administration and troubleshooting activities

Desired requirements

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• Network security notions: Firewall, Antivirus, IDS, IPS
• Interest in a growth path in the cybersecurity field

Operational mode

Activities carried out 3 days a week at the client's site in Turin and 2 days remotely (smart working). Presence of shifts organized within the hours of 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM, according to agreed planning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Indicative Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €28,000 – €32,000
