Experience: 6 Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Integration Developer with deep expertise in SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and SIPREC (SIP Recording) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating telephony systems with a strong emphasis on VoIP communication, call recording, and quality monitoring. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing SIP-based solutions using C/C++ programming languages. • Integrating SIP-based systems with other technologies such as CRM, ERP, and IVR. • Developing and maintaining SIPREC (SIP Recording) solutions for call recording and quality monitoring. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop telephony integration solutions. • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SIP-based systems. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in SIP, VoIP, and related technologies. Requirements: • 6 years of experience in Telephony Integration Development with a focus on SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). • Strong understanding of SIPREC (SIP Recording) and its applications. • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages. • Experience with VoIP communication protocols and technologies. • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and IVR systems and their integration with telephony systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong analytical and debugging skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
