The Congregation of Thun is a lively, diverse, and future-oriented community with a motivated team. As a house warden and coordinator of a team, you will support the church's and cultural offerings of the congregation. We are looking for someone by October 1st, 2026, who can work as a house warden (team coordinator) 100%. Your tasks: You coordinate the work assignments of your employees and delegate tasks in a meaningful way. You care for church events and represent the congregation at various occasions. You maintain order and cleanliness in the church building and its surroundings. You are responsible for the inventory management, maintenance, and repair of church property. You ensure that all necessary documents and records are up to date and available. You work closely with the pastor and other members of the congregation.
