Could you be the full-time Signalling Installation Engineering Manager ? We are looking for a Signalling Installation Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Signalling Installation Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the signalling installation engineering team, including the planning, coordination and execution of signalling installation projects. Key responsibilities: • Manage the signalling installation engineering team, including planning, coordinating and executing signalling installation projects. • Ensure the quality and timeliness of signalling installation projects, in accordance with Alstom's quality and safety standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of signalling installation projects. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with signalling installation projects, and develop and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with Alstom's policies, procedures and standards, and with relevant industry regulations and standards. • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of signalling installation projects. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Alstom's products and services, and of the signalling installation engineering industry. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the signalling installation engineering industry, and apply this knowledge to improve the delivery of signalling installation projects. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent. • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the signalling installation engineering industry. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with signalling installation projects. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to travel, as required, to support the delivery of signalling installation projects.
