SHE Compliance Engineer (m/w/d) Pharma in Munich (1695)

With BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING, you will support departments in a regulated pharmaceutical environment in implementing legal requirements and developing operational standards. In this role, you will play an important part in risk assessments, compliance issues, and cross-location cooperation.

Tasks

• Occupational Safety: Fulfilling the tasks of a safety expert (SiFa) and advising departments on all SHE-related matters
• Risk Assessment: Supporting the creation of risk assessments and developing practical safety concepts
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and regulatory requirements in the SHE field
• Event Management: Analyzing security-relevant incidents and deriving suitable prevention measures
• Measure Control: Monitoring deviations and implementing sustainable improvement measures
• Safety Culture: Developing SHE standards and promoting a safety-conscious work environment
• Cooperation: Cross-location coordination and support of departments and relevant stakeholders

Qualification

• Qualification: Degree in engineering, safety technology, electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
• Certification: Recognized certification as a safety expert (SiFa)
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical or regulated industry
• Expertise: Knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements in the fields of SHE, occupational safety and plant safety
• Communication: Excellent advisory and communication skills when dealing with different departments
• Work Style: Structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Languages & Mobility: Very good German and English language skills and willingness to occasional business trips to Mannheim
