To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) or a Sicherheitsingenieur (mensch) in a hybrid deployment model – from home office and at customer sites (approx. 7-9 field services per month).

Your tasks as a Safety Engineer

• Independent customer support in the context of basic safety management
• Conducting initial inspections and creating risk assessments
• Counseling companies on work safety, health protection, and statutory requirements
• Planning and participating in ASA meetings, training sessions, and briefings
• Analyzing workplace accidents and developing preventive measures
• Supporting our customers with inquiries from professional associations and authorities
• Conducting training sessions on work safety and health protection
• Supporting additional projects, such as hazardous substance management or fire protection (depending on qualifications)
• Collaborating on digital solutions and processes with our product and digitalization team

This is what you should bring

• Degree in Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) or Security Engineer (m/w/d)
• Experience in the field of work safety, occupational health and safety, or corporate health management
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Interest in digital tools and modern solutions in work safety
• Travel readiness for customer meetings in the field service
• Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; Bonus: good English language skills
