The tasks include:• Conducting risk assessments and developing measures to prevent accidents;• Developing and implementing safety procedures and guidelines;• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safety measures;• Identifying and reporting potential hazards and near-misses;• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a safe working environment;• Participating in internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have:• A degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene or a related field;• At least 2 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety;• Excellent communication and organizational skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Familiarity with Swiss regulations and standards for occupational health and safety.
