As a showroom advisor, you are the face of the showroom. You:
• Welcome every visitor with a sincere, warm reception.
• Advise customers with passion about outdoor furniture, materials, comfort, and maintenance.
• Sell with enthusiasm and help customers make the right choices.
• Ensure an inspiring showroom presentation, correct price indications, and clear information.
• Process showroom deliveries and register them correctly in the system.
• Follow up on orders, receive deliveries, and contact customers when their order is ready.
• Contribute ideas for improvements and take initiative to enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with colleagues to make the showroom a true experience.
Profile• You enjoy providing professional and customer-oriented advice.
• You take initiative and guide customers with commercial instinct.
• You are a team player who supports colleagues where necessary.
• You are flexible regarding tasks, scheduling, and weekend work during busy periods.
• You radiate energy and enthusiasm to customers and colleagues alike.
• You take responsibility in a proactive, independent manner.
• You are eager to learn and want to grow in your role.
• You can easily get to the showroom in Kontich and possibly neighboring locations within a 50 km radius.
• You have an affinity for garden furniture, outdoor living, and stylish outdoor life.
