Showroom Supervisor

Job description

As the Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our plumbing/lighting showroom including the team, sales, operations, and financial performance while providing the leadership required to meet or exceed financial targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Additional duties will include:

Drive sales and meet or exceed sales, product and gross profit targets while growing profit-sharing
Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a team of world-class salespeople
Develop and build strong relationships with designers, home builders and architects to grow profitable sales
Set individual product line and teammate sales goals and hold the team accountable for meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets
Analyze financial performance and implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve margins, manage assets, and increase both ROI and profit-sharing
Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases while maintaining proactive communication with customers
Build relationships in the community through local marketing efforts, hosting special events to build the customer base, and attending industry related events such as the Kitchen and Bath Expo
Safeguard and maintain Profit Centre assets – buildings, inventory, equipment, and receivables
Understand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit Centre
Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager
