We are looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in Timișoara. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the sales team: motivating, coordinating, and developing their skills.
• Creating and implementing local sales and marketing strategies.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships (new and existing).
• Ensuring a flawless customer experience and showroom operations.
• Reporting to associates and proposing proactive solutions for achieving objectives.
