Your Position

As Showroom, Event & Feelgood Manager for our Hamburg location, you will be directly on site responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our showroom at Ballindamm 11 and the adjacent office area for approximately 15 people. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and the team, making sure everyone feels welcome and has what they need. When it comes to visitor care and event planning in the showroom, you will work directly with our marketing team and the local sales team from 1KOMMA5° Hamburg, planning and supporting small customer events as well as internal events on site independently.

• You are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and administration of our Hamburg headquarters showroom at Ballindamm 11 and ensure that it is always immaculate and well-maintained, coordinating deliveries, maintenance, cleaning personnel, plant care, orderliness, equipment, etc.
• You will make sure the showroom is your baby and pay attention to every detail and smooth operations, so visitors and interested parties receive a perfect experience.
• You will work together with the local sales team to provide professional consulting on our offer in the showroom and serve as a host and brand ambassador, explaining our vision and product portfolio.
• You will organize refreshments and snacks for our employees and local sales team on site and take care of maintaining a pleasant and tidy working atmosphere.
• You will receive and entertain internal and external guests and book and prepare meeting rooms.
• You are the master of the merchandise cellar and ensure smooth inventory management, ordering, and distribution as well as accounting for our promotional materials.
• You will help with packing and sending welcome packages for new starters in our company together with the HR Office Management team located nearby.
• You will plan internal events like workshops, podcast recordings, photo shoots, etc. together with various departments and be responsible for information events for interested parties on site with the local sales team.
• You will create and manage clear budget plans for showroom/office management and events and regularly report on costs, leads, and visitor numbers on site.
• You will work closely with the global event team and support on-site preparation and follow-up of brand events.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training in the fields of Event/Project Management, Gastronomy, Hotelierie, Sales, Office Management, or comparable.
• You have gained some experience in a similar profession.
• You are a natural host and love welcoming people with open arms, taking care of them, and creating a cozy atmosphere.
• You are a small sales talent who is absolutely communicative, enjoys approaching others, and has fun explaining and selling our products and vision.
• You are a perfectionist who brings great passion for good design, orderliness, and aesthetics into your daily work and events.
• You are a passionate project manager who can handle sudden challenges and time pressure well.
• You are extremely hands-on, structured, self-organized, and driven to make things that seem impossible possible.
• You bring knowledge and skills to plan, coordinate, and implement successful events.
• You are willing to work daily on site in the showroom/office and show your face, as well as having some travel readiness or being able to go a bit earlier/later.
• You are not too proud to roll up your sleeves, get involved, and even take a mop in hand when needed.
• In case of disagreements with other colleagues, you react professionally, self-assuredly, and do not let yourself be overwhelmed.
• You speak German and English fluently in word and writing, and additional language skills are welcome.
