Are you commercially minded, a natural persuader, and ready to guide customers in realizing their dream kitchen?
Do you have no problem working on weekends?
Then we have the perfect job for you!

We are looking for a sales advisor who feels at home in a creative environment and who knows how to close the deal with sympathy and trust – without hard selling.

What will you do?
You will warmly welcome customers in the showroom and listen to their wishes.
Based on their input, you will create an initial design.
You will consult with our interior designers to technically align the design.
You will prepare quotations based on the design drawings.
After taking measurements, you will discuss the final design and quotation together with the customer.
You will follow up on quotations by phone and continue to guide the customer until the sale is finalized.
Occasionally, you will coordinate with installers and site managers to ensure follow-up.
Profile
What do you bring?

You are someone who can convince customers through genuine interest and a warm approach.
You have commercial flair, are persistent, and enjoy working with goals.
You do not need specific experience – school leavers with the right attitude are more than welcome.
Affinity with interiors or kitchens? An extra plus!

A gross salary according to the pay scale PC 201, experience counts.
3% commission per kitchen sold.
