Shop Assistant (Keys/Shoes) | Antwerp Region

Job Description

In this role, you will be deployed in various stores (Lier, Wijnegem, Schoten & Antwerp).

Your tasks include:

• You will serve customers in a friendly manner and provide them with professional advice.
• You will process purchases at the cash register.
• You will replenish stock and ensure the store remains tidy and organized.
• You will perform shoe repairs with care and precision.
• You will create engravings and stamps according to customer wishes.
• You will quickly and correctly replace watch batteries.
• You will accurately duplicate keys.
Profile• You are willing to work full-time, including Saturdays.
• You are customer and service-oriented, always putting the customer first.
• You are flexible regarding working hours. You do not mind staying longer at times to assist a customer, and you can work every Saturday.
• You have your own transportation to move between the different branches.
• You can work independently, especially as you will sometimes be alone in certain stores.
• You have a good command of Dutch, enabling you to assist customers smoothly.
• Finally, you have an interest in performing repairs on shoes and watches.
Offer• Permanent contract after a successful interim period.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are well-prepared.

• Full-time employment; Saturday work is included, but you will have another day off during the week.
• Schedule depends on store opening hours (usually between 10 AM and 6 PM/8 PM).
