Tasks

You are responsible for our Shopify store together with the management:
- Shop adjustments
- Building new features
- Controlling that everything runs smoothly / fixing bugs

You establish hypotheses based on analyses (Shopify reports, Hotjar, etc.) together with the management, on how our shop could perform even better. Then you either create designs yourself, with the management or the marketing team, program them, set up AB tests, and test them out.

Qualification

You are a pro in all relevant programming languages and are able to write extremely high-quality code.

You have strongly developed analytical skills. You enjoy evaluating things and are a numbers person.

You have strongly developed sales psychological skills. You understand user behavior and the psychology of online shopping.

You have a strong desire to work and want to achieve something.
