Shopify E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer who can improve our Shopify world, tell digital stories and turn traffic into a community.

You will steer the digital growth of Performance to Purpose – through Funnels, Marketplaces, Conversion and Retention.

**The goal of your function:** I build a digital space where Performance, Brand and Community merge – and BEARPAW online not only becomes visible but also tangible.

Tasks

• You will develop and optimize our Shopify shop – with clear Funnel structure, strong Conversion and inspiring Content.
• You will manage our Marketplace strategy (Amazon, Etsy etc.), scale Reach and Revenue through targeted Listing, Pricing & Performance-Monitoring.
• You will plan and set up Campaigns – with a clear focus on Sales, Retention and Brand Experience.
• You will manage Tools like Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, Shopware, Trbo etc.
• You will develop data-based hypotheses and test actively (A/B Testing) – for better UX, CVR and CLTV.
• You will use Content, Newsletters & Landing Pages to promote Community & Retention.
• You will connect emotional Brand experiences with hard Performance.

What you measure your success by:

• You increase the Conversion Rate
• You raise the Repeat Purchase Rate
• You scale our Marketplace Sales
• You set up regular digital Campaigns, complete with Funnel Logic, Landing Pages and Tracking – data-based & goal-oriented.

Qualification

• You have a lot of experience with Shopify, E-Commerce platforms & Marketplace management
• You know your way around Funnels, Conversion Optimization and Performance Marketing
• You can handle Tools like Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Hotjar & Co. – and improve the setup
• You bring UX understanding, number love and storytelling skills with you
