Shopify E-Commerce Manager - International & B2B (m/w/d)

You've already met your team, taken a first look at the Shopify Shop. You notice immediately: Here, things are not talked about, here they are made.
In front of you lie the next years of Shopify. Plus-Migration. International markets. Your own B2B store. Sounds like a lot? It is also. But that's exactly why we're looking for someone who already knows the game.
If you don't just know Shopify, but love it. If you've already handled big sales through a shop. If Liquid is not a foreign word to you and AI is your daily tool. Then we should talk 💪
Aufgaben
🛠️ You are responsible for our Shopify Shop, strategically and operationally. From article to theme, from app selection to conversion.
🛠️ You steer the Plus-Migration. We're just about to start, you'll make it happen.
🛠️ You build our international expansion through Shopify Markets. Languages, currencies, domains, taxes. Every new market is your project.
🛠️ You lay the foundation for our B2B store. This is our biggest growth lever in the next years.
🛠️ You develop the shop strategically for new product groups further, together with marketing and product development.
🛠️ You plan A/B tests, test them out, and draw conclusions from them. Data-based, not gut feeling.
Your impact after 12 months
🛠️ Our shop is running on Shopify Plus. Cleanly migrated, performant, scalable. The first new markets are live and generating revenue.
🛠️ The B2B store is standing. First corporate customers are buying through it. You've set up the processes so that business scales without you having to intervene every day.
🛠️ Conversion rate has increased measurably, because you've been testing systematically. You know what works and can prove it.
🛠️ In the company, you're the person everyone thinks of when it comes to the shop.
Qualifikation
🛠️ . You've already built your own small tools, scripts or workflows with it. Vibe coding is not a buzzword for you, but everyday life.
🛠️ Multiple years of experience with Shopify, including significant revenue that you've been responsible for.
🛠️ You know the system inside out. Article creation, themes, apps, workflows. Where you don't code yourself, you know which agency to commission.
🛠️ Experience with Shopify Plus. Ideally, you've already gone through a migration or led one.
🛠️ Liquid reads like sleep. Not every line of code yourself, but understand what's happening.
🛠️ SEO/GEO sits well with you. On-page, structural data, technical shop SEO. No specialist, but someone who knows what to do.
🛠️ You're a numbers person. You lead out reports and take concrete measures from them instead of just reading charts.
🛠️ You work independently. We don't set tasks for you, we entrust responsibility.
🛠️ Very good German. English or other languages are a plus, but not necessary.
Bonus: If you've built your own AI tools, scripts, or automations, show them to us. GitHub, Loom, screenshots, whatever. We want to see how you think, not just what's in your CV.
