Shopfloor FE Process Engineer

Job Description Responsible for ensuring that the SMT technologies / projects in his charge produce electronic modules in accordance with global guidelines of technologies introduction within Continental Plants, as well as customer requirement and Automotive Industry normative: IATF Standard Compliance. Responsible of following tasks once product reaches G90 (And during remainder of PLC): Support on Introduction of highly complex production technologies according to CAP0603076 and other specifications; Ensure that all processes are in compliance with the requirements of the automotive industry, including the introduction of new technologies; Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure a smooth integration of new technologies into the production process; Monitor and control the production process to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently; Identify and implement improvements to the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Responsible for ensuring that all electronic modules produced meet customer requirements and industry standards.
