About the Team: The Shopee Video Team plays a key role in connecting products with users by delivering the right messaging, positioning, and strategies to drive adoption and engagement. We work closely with cross-functional teams to bring fun and impactful campaigns and projects to life, using market insights, data analysis, and creative storytelling. Responsibilities Curate and manage video content across Shopee's social media platforms. Assist in the production of video content, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks. Conduct market research and analyze video performance data to identify trends and insights. Support the team in developing and implementing video marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and product teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest video marketing trends and best practices. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field. Strong interest in video marketing and content creation. Basic video editing skills (e.g., using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and eager to learn. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
