Shop Employee in Full-time (m/w/d)

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the Flix Shop in Hamburg at the ZOB
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape actively a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• You are available for a full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in customer service, retail, at the airport, or in similar fields
• Good German language skills you already bring with you, first English language skills are also an advantage
• You are familiar with PC, Internet, and E-Mail communication and navigate confidently
• As a service-oriented and communication-strong personality, you always present yourself in a well-groomed manner
• You also maintain calmness and overview even in stressful moments
