As a customer service representative at Flix, you can make a difference by providing our customers at the Dortmund location with a seamless and supportive travel experience – from ticketing to check-in.

About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently at the FlixShop in Dortmund
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively with passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• You are available for a full-time position (40 hours / week) 
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in customer service, retail, at the airport or in similar fields
• Good German language skills you bring with you, first English language skills are also an advantage
• You navigate PC, Internet and E-Mail communication confidently and routinely
• As a service-oriented and communicative person, you always present yourself well
• You maintain your composure even in stressful situations and keep an overview
