About the Role

• Serve our customers and passengers friendly and competently in the FlixShop at Berlin ZOB
• Sell tickets and inform about the Flix offer
• Ensure a smooth process before bus departures
• Coordinate actively passengers and support at check-in
• Distribute information materials like flyers and magazines to our buses
• Shape a positive customer experience on site
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

About You

• You are available for a part-time position (32.5 hours/week)
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience in Customer Service, Retail, Airport or similar fields
• Good German language skills and first English language skills are also an advantage
• You handle PC, Internet and E-Mail communication confidently and routiniely
• As a service-oriented and communicative person, you always present yourself well
• You maintain calmness and overview even in stressful situations
