Shop Manager

This is what you will do

Team leader. That is the role you will take on as a shop manager. You set a clear direction and guide all employees in a coaching manner. The day starts with a kick-off. How is everyone doing? Is everyone enthusiastic? Together with your team, you determine the goals and areas for improvement. How will you achieve results today?

You ensure that your team consists of satisfied employees. And of course, you don't forget the customer. If they are satisfied, then you are too. Turnover is a valuable indicator of your shop's performance. To ensure satisfied employees, satisfied customers, and good turnover, you will continue to train your employees. You do role-playing when there is time for it. Furthermore, you stay in contact with fellow shop managers to learn from them. In your work, you will be involved in:

• Optimal personnel planning, turnover, and budget for your store;
• Analyzing results to achieve growth and development for your store;
• Coaching and managing employees.

• Good salary between € 2,900 and € 3,000 gross per month;
• Quarterly bonus of € 1,600, but often even more;

• HBO work and thinking level;
• Work experience in a sales position;
• You have acquired commercial skills in any industry;
• Leadership experience, which can also be from volunteer work, hospitality, or sports;
• A flexible schedule, where working on weekends is not a problem.
