5VISION SHOP makes emergency photography visible: real moments from fire departments, emergency medical services, police, and other areas, captured by people who are close to the action. Our motifs are available in various sizes and high-quality finishes – from posters, canvases, and framed pictures to acrylic glass and metal. The shop originated from the news agency 5VISION NEWS and the idea of appreciating the people behind the incidents and their work.

To turn strong images into a good shop, we are looking for someone who not only manages orders but also thinks ahead: about the assortment, product pages, customer experience, and everything that ensures a visit to the shop results in an order.

Responsibilities

You will keep our shop running, ensure smooth processes, and develop it further with us.

• You will maintain our assortment, add new motifs and products, and keep product data, prices, variants, and descriptions up to date.
• You will prepare new incident photos for the shop: suitable categories, keywords, titles, and texts that make the motif understandable and interesting.
• You will process orders reliably – from receipt to handover to production or shipping.
• You will be the point of contact for customers, answer inquiries friendly, and handle complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• You will regularly check if everything in the shop is functioning: product variants, images, prices, shipping information, vouchers, and order processes.
• You will identify where customers might drop off or have questions, and suggest concrete improvements.
• You will help to effectively present themed worlds, promotions, bestsellers, or seasonal products in the shop.
• You will work directly with management, editorial, and production – pragmatically, quickly, and without unnecessary detours.

Qualifications

What you should bring

• Ideally, you have already worked with a shop system, product data, or digital ordering processes – or you can learn them quickly and reliably. Experience with Shopify is a significant advantage.
• You are meticulous: A wrong price, a missing variant, or an unclear delivery time will be noticed by you before they become a problem.
• You can write clearly and friendly – even when an order doesn't go as planned.
• You understand that a good online shop is more than a product list: information must be correct, products must look good, and the path to purchase must be easy.
• You have an eye for image selection, structure, and product presentation. Knowledge of Canva and especially Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.
• You work independently, document cleanly, and adhere to commitments and deadlines.
• You know that AI can do more than write suspiciously professional job ads – and you use it meaningfully without turning product texts into interchangeable prompt mush.
