Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Shop Manager in all matters

• Supervising the employees present during the shift regarding teamwork, atmosphere, and performance

• Onboarding new team members into operational business

• Various administrative tasks

• Proper operation and settlement of cash registers

• Optimal and friendly service and consultation of customers, preparation and sale of high-quality donuts and beverages

• Adherence to and implementation of safety, order, and cleanliness standards

• Preferably experience as a Barista

• Very good German and English skills

• Accurate, independent, and reliable way of working

• Self-confident, productive, and dynamic personality

• Team-oriented as well as flexible personality

• Reliability, resilience

• Desire to actively contribute to the work area

The minimum salary for the position is €2,100 gross per month based on full-time employment (40 hours/week)
