Job description
Supervise daily shop operations and assign tasks to technicians
Provide technical guidance and support on mechanical repairs and diagnostics
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and time standards
Review work orders, manage priorities, and coordinate workflow
Train, mentor, and support shop staff as needed
Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
Communicate with management, parts staff, and customers regarding repair status
Assist with hands-on mechanical work during busy periods or complex jobs
Competitive pay: $28+ per hour

Mechanical experience is a must (automotive, heavy equipment, or related)
Previous supervisory or lead-hand experience is an asset
