Shop Foreman Montaj

Career Summary:

We are seeking a Shop Foreman Montaj to coordinate the activities of the assembly department, organize the team and ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the team in the assembly department and plan daily activities;
• Ensure that personnel have all necessary documents, materials and equipment;
• Monitor productivity and quality of work executed;
• Complete time sheets and related documents for the assembly department;
• Supervise testing and verification of equipment according to test plans;
• Ensure compliance with SSM rules and use protective equipment;
• Participate in performance evaluation and integration of new employees.

Criteria:

• Middle or higher education in a technical field;
• Relevant experience in production coordination (minimum 3 years);
• Leadership and motivation skills for a team of at least 20 people;
• Tech drawing and mechanical assembly knowledge;
• PC operation skills (MS Office, Outlook);
• Industrial hydraulic knowledge - an advantage;
• Communication, organization and work under pressure skills.
