For a leading company in the Swiss telecommunications industry, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual immediately or by arrangement.

SHOP AGENT FOR THE ZH REGION 50%

• Active customer support and sales of products and services.
• Analysis of customer needs and development of individual, suitable solutions.
• Building and long-term maintenance of stable and sustainable customer relationships.
• Comprehensive advice in the areas of mobile technology, internet, and TV.

• Completed apprenticeship in retail or an equivalent or comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to advise customers persuasively.
• Reliable, resilient, and flexible personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Convincing and confident demeanor
