PolyTALENT supports an established, mid-sized crafts company in the Bad Nenndorf area in hiring a responsible key position in the area of SHK / Business Leadership.

We are looking for a SHK Meister (m/w/d), who leads the SHK area technically and organizationally, steers construction sites and projects, and actively shapes the further development of the business field.

The position combines technical responsibility, supervising employees, project management, and entrepreneurial scope for design. Ideal for personalities who do not just follow along, but want to build and develop a department structuredly.

Tasks

• Technical leadership of the SHK area in the company
• Responsibility for planning, organization, and implementation of SHK projects
• Technical inspection and approval of installations and systems
• Planning of heating, sanitary, and ventilation systems
• Creation of technical concepts and economic solutions
• Material planning and procurement in coordination with the management team
• Organization and coordination of SHK construction sites
• Leadership and planning of the installers and skilled workers
• Support in offer preparation and technical customer consultation
• Preliminary preparation of acceptance, commissioning, and inspection protocols
• Participation in the development, structuring, and strategic further development of the SHK area

Profile

• Completed further education as a SHK Master / Installer and Heating Engineer Master (m/w/d)
• Proof of expertise in Category I / large cold certificate desirable or required
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of heating, sanitary, climate, and ventilation
• Good knowledge of planning, installation, maintenance, and commissioning of modern heating systems
• Experience with warm pumps, hybrid systems, gas heating systems, and energy-efficient systems
• Experience in construction site organization, preparation, and project coordination
• Leadership experience in guiding installers or small teams of advantage
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style
• Driver's license Class B
