As an SHK Master (m/f/d), you will become a central member of our specialized SHK team and a part of our success story. You fit in with us if your passion is sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology and you are ready to take on responsibility.
Tasks
What it's about – these are your activities
As an SHK Master (m/f/d) in the Service & Projects department, you are the interface between the construction site, customer service, and the office. You coordinate fitters, manage projects, and ensure that service and maintenance orders are reliably implemented.
You will work closely with our divisional management, project and service managers, and the internal sales department.
Your tasks in detail include:

Support and execution of SHK projects in residential and commercial properties

Organization and coordination of service orders in customer service

Planning and supervision of smaller construction sites and maintenance measures

Coordination of our fitters and liaison with other trades

Ensuring deadlines, quality, and costs

Technical point of contact for fitters, customers, and internal sales

Preparation of measurements, calculations, and offers

Coordination with clients and suppliers

Profile

- Completed apprenticeship as a Master in the SHK sector
- Experience in construction sites, service, and customer service
- High sense of responsibility
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Team spirit and high commitment
- Commercial and technical understanding
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-oriented and independent way of working
- Driver's license class B or III
