As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers around the globe. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about logistics and customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely receipt of goods; • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock levels; • Process orders and prepare shipments for delivery; • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issues that may arise; • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in orders or shipments; • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; • 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service preferred; • Excellent communication and organizational skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records; • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
