For an impressive factory in Leerdam, I am looking for a result-oriented and engaged Shift Manager Logistics who stands behind the development of their team and can make a difference.

As Shift Manager, you are responsible for the production team in Leerdam. During your shift, you bear the final responsibility for the entire packaging process. You lead your team, monitors the overview, and ensures that the set goals are achieved - in line with the year plan, departmental objectives, and the organization's strategy.

You work in a 3-shift system, where the entire team consists of approximately 35 people. However, there are often more people (60-80) present on the floor. Therefore, you work closely with another shift manager to maintain good overview. Due to the 3 shifts, you are always free on weekends and receive approximately 20% shift allowance.

You are the first point of contact on the shop floor and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at all times. You actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and stand for the development of your team.

• HBO work and thinking level, with technical affinity.
• At least 4 years of experience in a production or operational environment.
• Strong communicative skills in Dutch and English.
• You switch easily between different levels within the organization.
• You are decisive, people-oriented, and can distinguish between main and secondary matters.
• You work well together and think in solutions.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night) - with every weekend free.

What can we offer you?

• Salary: An attractive salary dependent on your experience between €3,600,- and €4,600,- gross per month (excluding allowance), based on a 38-hour workweek;
