Job description
As Shiftleader at Securitas, you will lead Dedicated Teamleaders (DTLs) and security officers operationally. You ensure that all security operations at Schiphol are carried out efficiently, effectively, and customer-oriented, fully in accordance with contractual requirements, agreements, and internal procedures.
During your shift, you are ultimately responsible for the quality of service delivery. You are the one who keeps an overview, adjusts, coaches, and resolves problems before they have an impact on the process.
These are your main tasks:
- Coordinating the deployment of security officers and team leaders during your shift
- S signaling deviations and adjusting as needed
- Motivating, supporting, and directing employees
- You keep direct oversight of security operations and ensure that they run safely, efficiently, and customer-oriented.
- You support DTLs with operational issues such as urgent messages, alarms, or process unclearness
