What will you do?
As Shift Leader, you are the hub of the team during your shift. You ensure structure, keep track of everything and make sure the right focus is on an efficient execution within the available hours. You distribute tasks, give clear instructions, and know how to coach your team on productivity, quality, and safety.
You see where it's going well — and where it can be better. You signalize process bottlenecks in time and think actively about smarter ways of working. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every day is a little bit better.
