Shift Leader

As Team Lead, you are the driving force behind your shift. You ensure that people feel good in their jobs, can perform optimally, and together achieve the set results.

• You manage your team daily and are a coach, motivator, and point of contact for your employees.

• You help employees grow by focusing on training, knowledge sharing, and personal development.
• You monitor safety and quality standards and ensure they are adhered to on the work floor.
• You track the department's performance through KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement actions.
• You continuously look for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more effective.
• Together with colleagues, you ensure that the right knowledge and competences remain within the team.
• You work closely with various internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
