What will you do?

We start our production process in your hall: large rolls of carpet are cut into automats using computer-controlled (CNC) machines. Together with the hall leader, you lead a team of production workers and are closely involved in the production process. This includes daily discussions with the hall leaders about the progress of production.

There is ample room for your own initiative and you think along in process improvements to optimize production. Additionally, you play a major role in the robotization within the department. Think about implementing cobots and guiding colleagues in this new way of working.

You will also learn our products and all robots, machines, and other workstations in the work environment, and can transfer the nature of tasks to (new) colleagues. You are loyal and socially inclined and know how to make a team out of different types of employees.

You create a sense of trust for yourself and can optimize people's development through proper professional guidance and direction. You are clear and direct with an eye for results and the relationship; person, output, and quality you know how to coordinate optimally.

This is you!

• You have at least MBO work and thinking level;
• You have (some) experience in a similar function;
• You are communicatively skilled in the Dutch language in word, writing, and speaking;
• You have knowledge of the English language.

Producing automats from Schijndel for customers worldwide. We supply all major brands, such as Mercedes, Toyota, Volvo, and Ford.
