Shift Supervisor (Shared Services)

Job Description Summary Responsible for night shift operations for industrial gas turbine component repairs; leading a team of technicians across multiple process areas. Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost and emergency response. Job Description Key Responsibilities Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection, chemical stripping, thermal spraying and heat treatment. Conduct toolbox and daily management system (DMS) meetings covering safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC). Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Provide coaching and training to team members as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, delivery and cost. Identify and address potential hazards and near misses. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations. Job Description Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of industrial gas turbine component repairs and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
