Shift Supervisor

Function For our client located in Lommel, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor! As Shift Supervisor, you are the crucial link between the office and the warehouse of our client. With your leadership skills, you lead a team of approximately 12 enthusiastic employees and ensure that all processes run safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You coach, organize, and communicate clearly and motivating – so you make sure the warehouse keeps running like a well-oiled machine. What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. You have a strong sense of responsibility, are able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. You are also able to handle stress well and are flexible when it comes to working hours. In addition, you have a good understanding of IT systems and are familiar with the use of scanners and other equipment. What do we offer?
