Job description
A market leader within FMCG is seeking a go-getter Shift Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. This individual will be responsible for delivering effective & efficient medium to long-term strategies to continuously improve productivity and lowering cost. Requirements: Relevant Minimum Diploma (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Technology etc) 5 Years Experience within FMCG 2 Years Management Experience Experience with Equipment, Process and Product Design / Commissioning of production lines, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of quality control. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
