Shift Manager - Plastic Injection Molding Company

Michael Page The candidate within the injection molding department will have the task of:

• - managing shifts of 8 people operating on a dozen presses for plastic injection molding;
• - managing production shift respecting established modalities and timing;
• - supervising tool change and preventive maintenance of molds on plastic injection molding machines, machine components, tools, and work accessories;
• - testing and starting up the injection molding machines, with supervision of the entire production cycle until article collection, to ensure compliance with established characteristics and achieve results in line.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the same role within plastic injection molding companies. Available to work on shifts (6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-6:00). Completing the profile are precision and excellent group management skills.
