WE ARE HIRING A SHIFT MANAGER

Negroni Aperitivo Bar is expanding its team and is looking for a Night Shift Manager to coordinate the night shifts.

What you will do:

• Coordinate the team and bar activity during the shift

• Ensure service standards and procedures are followed

• Manage operational situations and customer relations

• Verify shift closing and ensure everything is in order

• Monitor sales and team performance

What we are looking for:

• Experience in HoReCa / bar

• Experience in team coordination of at least 2 years

• Professional attitude and good communication skills

• Organizational capacity and quick decision-making ability

• Responsible, engaged, and detail-oriented person

• Availability for night shifts
