Shift Manager

Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager, to help strengthen our depot operations team. As a Shift Manager you will be required to achieve depot objectives in terms of operational, compliance, financial, customer service and HR tasks and responsibilities, through effective management of employees, maintenance of company operating standards and ISO operating procedures specific to own areas of accountability. In this role you will be working closely with our Depot Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the depot. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the depot team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies and procedures. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. You will also be required to travel to other depots as needed, to support the operations team.
