Shift Leader - program in 4 ture

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education (pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering)
• At least 12 months of experience in team coordination;
• Experience in pharmaceutical production - at least 1 year may be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations;
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process and standard operating procedures;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Analytical attention and ability to correct undesirable behaviors;
• Organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities;
• Distributive attention with observation of details that impact the manufacturing process;
• Oriented towards results, risk evaluation to achieve desired results;
• Participative management style;
• Availability to work in shifts; 4 Tures
• Middle-level English language knowledge.

DUTIES:

• Coordinates the activity of the team under its supervision;
• Defines and assigns activities to the shift it coordinates, verifies their completion, and valorizes human resources and equipment for the production plan, respecting GMP regulations;
• Monitors the realization of performance indicators, proposing measures to eliminate deficiencies that appear in the technological flow from a cost perspective;
• Rapports all deviations that occur in the coordinated flow;
• Instructs and motivates the team it coordinates;
• Directly involves itself in the system of controlling changes that occur within the department.
