Shift Leader Production

Adecco A production kitchen, where thousands of meals are prepared fresh and carefully every day, is seeking support in management. Here, responsibility will be taken, quality ensured, and a team guided through the production process. Tasks: • Leading daily operations in early or late shifts with around 20 employees • Ensuring the proper preparation of menu components and special products using the cook-and-chill method • Leading, monitoring, and actively supporting the entire production and packaging process • Conducting quality and quantity controls to ensure a consistently high product quality and delivery readiness • Stabilizing and developing production processes at the new location in close cooperation with logistics departments Profile: Completed training as a chef/ cook EFZ and further education as head chef/head cook (professional examination) or equivalent qualification • Several years of leadership experience in a similar position • Practical experience in mass production, community gastronomy, or food industry; experience in packaging is an advantage • Technical understanding in handling modern production machines • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Good PC user knowledge • Willingness to flexible working hours during the day (between 07:00 and 22:00) as well as deployments on public holidays and weekends if needed • Tolerance, organizational talent, and joy in working in a food mass production environment Benefits: Modern workspaces at a newly equipped production location • Clear leadership tasks with design and development scope • Free meals in the employee restaurant • Attractive employment conditions and modern social benefits • Support for further education and personal development • Health-promoting measures and staff events Contact information If you have any questions about this job posting (Reference: JN-092025-853860), please contact Dominik Meier at 0582333900.
