Our client is a successful food company with its headquarters in Schwabach. In their behalf, we are looking for a Shift Leader (m/w/d) for the Packaging department.





Your tasks: Coordination of order allocation, line leaders and packaging personnel
Monitoring product quality and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Optimization of packaging processes and implementation of quality controls
Maintenance of machines as needed, training and leading employees
Control of documentation and implementation of CCP control
Your qualification: Completed training as a food technologist (m/w/d), baker's master (m/w/d), or industrial master in the food industry (m/w/d) or comparable
Multiple years of work experience and demonstrated leadership experience
Techical understanding and experience with production facilities advantageous
Readiness to work shifts in a 3-shift operation
Responsibility, teamwork, and hands-on mentality
